INGREDIENTS

  • 16 Dempster’s® Original Medium Tortillas
  • 1 250g pack Cream Cheese
  • 3 cups Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese, total
  • Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 Fresh Cilantro, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread each tortilla with cream cheese and two cups of the cheese blend.
  4. Cut the tortillas in half and roll each half into a cone.
  5. Place the cones around an oven-safe large ramekin about 4 inches in length, tucking the bottom of the cone underneath the bottom of the ramekin.
  6. Repeat until creating a ring on the bottom layer. Lightly coat the layer with cooking spray and sprinkle the base with one-third of the cheese. Repeat this process creating 2 more layered rounds.
  7. Place the tray into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, and the edges begin to brown for about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Use cooled ramekin to fill with salsa.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
