Try this fun twist on the traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Ingredients
- 8 slices Dempster’s® White Bread
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fruit jam or jelly
Directions
Using cookie cutters, cut out shapes from centres of 4 slices of bread; set aside.
Spread peanut butter and jam on remaining slices of bread; swirl together. Top with cutout slices of bread.
Tip: Use cutouts to make mini sandwiches for kids and adults, too.
