Dempster’s® Spinach 10” Tortilla is spread with hummus and sundried tomatoes. Sprouts are added with grated carrot and zucchini for a healthy plant-based lunch.

  • 4 Dempster’s® Spinach 10” Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) hummus
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sprouts
  • 2 cups (500 mL) grated carrots
  • 2 cups (500 mL) grated zucchini


Spread hummus down along center of each tortilla, leaving small border at either end.
Sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes.
Top with sprouts, carrots and zucchini.
Fold up bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.
Cut each wrap in half.
