    • 1 Slice NATURAL SELECTIONS™ Smoked Uncured Black Forest Ham
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 Slice Cheddar cheese
    • 15 ml Mild Salsa or Ketchup

  • Directions

    WHISK egg lightly in a small bowl. MICROWAVE until set, about 45 seconds. TOAST English muffin until slightly crispy. PLACE ham and cheese on bottom half of English muffin, top with egg and salsa. COVER with top half of muffin.
